1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on our webshop and govern the contractual relationship between you (the “Customer”) and us (the “Seller”).
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 We comply with Swedish law, including the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932), the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
2. Ordering
2.1 Orders are placed via our website and are binding once payment is confirmed.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order in cases such as suspected fraud or incorrect personal details.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT (moms) where applicable.
3.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
3.3 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Swish, or other methods shown at checkout.
3.4 Payment processing is handled securely via our payment service providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery times vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and destination.
4.2 Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers (dropshipping), which may result in longer delivery times.
4.3 Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to customs clearance or logistics issues.
4.4 If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered separately.
5. Customs & Import Duties
5.1 Orders shipped from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees, which are not included in the product price.
5.2 These charges must be paid by the Customer to the relevant customs authority.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
6.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
6.2 To exercise this right, contact us by email with your order details.
6.3 Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
6.4 Certain items are exempt from return for hygiene or customisation reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, personalised items).
6.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
7.1 If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 14 days of delivery.
7.2 We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as required by Swedish law.
8. Refunds
8.1 Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
8.2 Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
9. Liability
9.1 We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of income, that may result from product defects or delays.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, except where otherwise required by law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1 We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Data Protection Act (2018:218).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
11.2 In case of a dispute, we recommend contacting us first to reach an amicable solution.
11.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
